Terms of Service

1. What FSN is

FSN is an unofficial companion for fantasy football leagues. It reads a league you already have on ESPN, Sleeper or Yahoo (web only) and presents it as a broadcast desk: scores, matchups, standings, power ratings, an all-time record book, and automatically written commentary about what happened in your league.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FSN. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use FSN only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

3. No FSN account

FSN does not issue accounts, passwords or profiles. You identify a league by its League ID, and — for a private ESPN league — by provider cookies that you supply. Everything the app knows is tied to that league and to your own device, not to an FSN identity.

4. Your league and your credentials

• You may connect only leagues you are genuinely a member of, or have permission to access.
• You are responsible for the League ID and any provider cookies you enter, and for keeping them to yourself. Anyone holding them can read that league.
• Provider cookies you paste in stay on your device unless you deliberately enable League Cloud sync, where they are stored only as an encrypted envelope. See the Privacy Policy.
• Your use of ESPN, Sleeper and Yahoo remains governed by their terms of service. FSN does not change or override them, and nothing here grants you rights to their data beyond what they already give you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access a league you have no right to access, or use someone else's credentials.
• Attempt to breach, probe or circumvent the security of FSN, its relay functions, or its database.
• Use FSN to harass, defame or target any person.
• Scrape, overload or automate against the service in a way that degrades it for others.
• Resell or commercially redistribute FSN's output as if it were your own product.

6. Automatically generated commentary

A large part of FSN is written by the app itself: recaps, previews, power-ranking columns and record-book notes, generated deterministically from your league's own numbers. This copy is entertainment about a fantasy league. It is styled as sports journalism, but it is not reporting, it is not fact-checked commentary about real people, and it should not be read as a statement of fact about anyone.

Projections, power ratings and similar model output are estimates from past scoring. They are not predictions, not advice, and not a basis for wagering.

7. Content in your league

Team names, logos and manager names come from your league on your provider's platform. FSN displays them as they are. If your league contains content you do not want displayed, change it at the provider and refetch. We may decline to display content that is unlawful.

8. Availability, price and changes

FSN is free for the 2026 season. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the service, at any time. There is no uptime guarantee. Because FSN depends on third-party providers, an outage or an API change on their side can break parts of the app through no fault of ours.

If we introduce paid features in a later season, existing behaviour will not be paywalled retroactively without notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

FSN is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any data it reconstructs — including historical records — is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSN and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50.

11. Termination

You may stop using FSN at any time; erasing your local data from Setup → Privacy & Data and deleting the app removes it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these terms or uses the service unlawfully.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of Fantasy Sports Network resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be surfaced in the app rather than only here. Continuing to use FSN after a change means you accept the updated terms.
